Without any hesitation, they said we stand by our work and came to our home within a day to evaluate the situation. Mr. Tucker was professional and very knowledgeable on identifying our basement issue and the necessary repair needed to fix the problem. It turned out that our issue had nothing to do with the pier work done by them but, due to apparent water pressure that was building up under the basement floor and apparently not draining sufficiently away from the basement floor. The home builder did not put in interior drainage tile into the sump buckets to alleviate excess water from underneath the floor.
Perma Jack put in a drainage tile system in our basement and the problem is fixed.
